Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar

All Staff was wonderful . Staff went above & beyond for our anniversary trip. Quiet place for some much needed rest & relaxation . Like the fact that by staying here we also had access to the Don Cesar as well. Loved our ocean view from the balcony. Beach chairs & umbrella included was a nice amenity….Alex was fantastic!

Excellent customer service that began before we checked in and throughout our trip. The front desk staff contacted me to make sure they understood my request that the two rooms I booked be near each other. At check-in, we were cordially greeted and the process was seamless. The staff at the pool bar were friendly and full of information about the local area. The shuttle service (which was a surprise to us) was so convenient and made traveling around an area that had limited parking stress-free. The shuttle drivers were cheerful, fun, informative and so accommodating. The staff at the beach was excellent and so helpful. This resort offered the best customer service I have ever experienced. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bedding was luxurious and comfortable. The bathroom was new and immaculate. The ample towels were soft and fluffy. The room was equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and fully stocked with coffee supplies and bottled water. Our room had a large balcony with incredible views of the ocean. Most rooms appeared to be oceanfront.

The early checkin by a very efficient and welcoming gentleman was appreciated . The one bedroom apartment was cozy and comfortable for our 1 night stay. The beach was wide and great for a stroll. Pool very well maintained. All staff were courteous and capable. The free shuttle to Don Cesar was a plus to arrive in time for our dinner reservation.

Unit was very clean and smelled nice upon entry. Washing machine and dryer and even laundry detergent were a great surprise to have as an in-room amenity that we appreciated and used. Bartender at pool bar was outstanding (remembered us by name) and went above and beyond to assure we had a great time and great drinks despite the chilly weather. She even came and got us drinks at the beach when we moved from the pool area. All the front desk staff was also very helpful and friendly and attentive to our needs to assure we were having a great time and let us know of their shuttle service and even recommended great family restaurants off property to support local businesses.

fabian down at the beach is the hardest worker I’ve ever met. love him! chris and marisol (sp? sorry!?!) were wonderful as well.
